Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise invites university students pursuing technical degrees to join our onsite internship in Illinois. You will collaborate with the Site Team and Americas Tech Advisor to review and implement CI processes, participate in hands-on hardware setup, and help document ticket actions with team members via email, Teams, and Slack.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Familiarity with AI (CoPilot and GitHub) for process automation.
• Interest in high-tech HPC and learning

Responsibilities

• Work with Site Team and ATA to review and modify CI processes.
• Assist with hands-on hardware and system installation activities when needed.
• Review hardware action tickets and document actions taken.
• Interface with inventory manager and assist with system installation activities.
• Support senior team members on technical projects and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in team meetings and learn project methodologies.
