Job summary

Recovery Works Healing Center in Dayton, OH is seeking a dependable Live-In Housing Manager to oversee a recovery housing program for adult and youth residents. This full-time, exempt role reports to the Director of Operations and requires a structured, compassionate approach with onsite residence.

The position manages property operations, resident engagement, and supervision of non-licensed housing staff while ensuring a safe, drug-free living environment and compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
• CPR/First Aid training.
• Ability to operate phone and intercom systems.
• Knowledge of clerical procedures, filing, and recordkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and related systems.
• Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of housing sites and equipment, and resolve maintenance and safety issues.
• Maintain safety documentation, including inspections, audits, drills, and emergency logs.
• Report housing and supply needs to the Director of Operations.
• Uphold housing policies and professional codes of conduct.
• Provide resident orientation and enforce housing rules.
