Job summary

Our client, a global leader in connected technologies and hospitality solutions, is seeking a Hospitality Project Coordinator in Salem, OR, onsite. You will coordinate hospitality customer projects, schedule activities, track deliverables and maintain project documentation to ensure timely, accurate results.

You will serve as the primary contact for customers, provide updates, and support teams with administrative tasks, reporting, data reconciliation, and communications.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, operations support, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Office 365; Salesforce and Oracle experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospitality customer projects, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing project updates and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Support project teams with administrative tasks, reporting, data reconciliation, and project-related communications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones, timelines, and customer requirements are met.
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accurate records and meeting established performance metrics.
