ExplorUS Corporate is seeking a Design Coordinator to support the Interior Design Manager across our hospitality portfolio. You will help plan, organize, and document interior design projects from concept through execution, ensuring consistency with brand standards and operational requirements.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects across diverse locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher design education is preferred, plus 3–5 years of interior design or hospitality project coordination experience.
Strong understanding of interior design principles, finishes, and construction documentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project documentation.
Experience with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

Support the Interior Design Director in developing and executing hospitality design projects from concept to completion.
Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and action items across multiple properties and teams.
Maintain organized project files, drawings, finish schedules, and procurement records.
Assist with design presentations, finish packages, and approval materials.
Track design decisions, revisions, and outstanding items to keep projects on track.
Review design documents for coordination and adherence to brand standards.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and procurement teams.
Attend project meetings and document action items and decisions.
