Job summary

Perennial Resources International seeks an organized Controller to lead financial operations across a portfolio of hospitality and multi-unit properties. This on-site role partners with the Finance Leadership team to ensure accurate reporting, manage month-end closes, reconciliations, and internal controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in luxury hospitality or multi-unit F&B environments with leadership roles.
• Strong command of GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls.
• Experience leading multi-entity or multi-location accounting operations and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel and comfort with various accounting systems and reporting tools.
• Experience with hospitality POS systems, payroll, budgeting, and cash flow oversight.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Analytical, organized, with clear communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements preparation and review.
• Oversee journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and reconciliations across the portfolio.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Direct month-end and year-end closes across entities and locations.
• Oversee AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and cash management.
• Monitor revenue reporting from POS systems and platforms.
• Lead accounting operations across hospitality, F&B, wellness, and creative properties.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and KPI reporting with leadership.
• Assist with sales tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and GAAP compliance.
