• Certified HealthCare Recruiter (CHCR) or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite Monday-Friday at the hospital campus.
• Build and manage a pipeline of candidates using various sourcing techniques.
• Use screening methods to find suitable candidates.
