Job summary

The Shield Co. Management, LLC (EcoShield Pest Solutions) is expanding its pest control sales team in Florida.

The Branch Sales Professional drives revenue by selling pest control solutions, identifying customer needs and building lasting customer relationships to deliver value. Responsibilities include conducting home and business inspections, presenting tailored proposals, and maintaining vehicle and equipment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to access tight spaces and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services to customers via warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations and conditions conducive to pests and present proposals to obtain contracts.
• Respond to assigned sales leads and generate additional service opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions compliant with laws and company policy.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle and equipment per Vehicle Policy.
