Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an Accounting Specialist to oversee finances for multiple homeowners associations and interact with Boards, Managers, and residents. You’ll handle fund accounting, reporting, budgeting, assessments, and audit support in a fully onsite role.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HOA or property-management accounting experience and strong Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).

Qualifications

2+ years of accounting experience; HOA or property management accounting experience strongly preferred.
Strong Excel skills; pivot tables, vlookups.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain general ledger records for assigned HOAs.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, vendor invoices, and assessments.
Reconcile bank, reserve, and investment statements.
Manage homeowner billing, collections, late fees, payment plans, and special assessments.
Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and variance reports.
Assist with annual budgets, reserve studies, forecasting, audits, and tax filing support.
Respond to financial inquiries from Board Members, homeowners, and Managers.
Maintain records within HOA accounting systems and document management platforms.
