Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger records for assigned HOAs.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, vendor invoices, and assessments.
• Reconcile bank, reserve, and investment statements.
• Manage homeowner billing, collections, late fees, payment plans, and special assessments.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and variance reports.
• Assist with annual budgets, reserve studies, forecasting, audits, and tax filing support.
• Respond to financial inquiries from Board Members, homeowners, and Managers.
• Maintain records within HOA accounting systems and document management platforms.
