Job summary

GCON Management Company LLC seeks an Assistant Project Manager to oversee high-tech client programs and strong owner relations. You will work onsite with the Project Manager to coordinate program management, trade partner facilitation, and safety on the job site.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction project management, experience with high-tech projects, and proficiency in scheduling, cost control, and coordination with A/E teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial building/general contractor PM experience.
• 3-5+ years supporting build process for high-tech client programs.
• Experience with design processes of building systems for high-tech projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project/program build-out for high-tech client office and datacenter fit-outs.
• Engage in preconstruction activities including estimating, buy-out, logistics, scheduling, and pursuits.
• Support the Project Manager and BUL with new revenue pursuits and presentations.
• Support client relationships to grow business portfolio and profitability.
• Coordinate contract staff (1099s & consultants) and ensure effective oversight.
• Provide constructability input from concept/schematic drawings to influence design.
• Help with project closeout per GCON standards.
• Maintain engagement with trade partners, A/E team, and client toward shared project vision.
