RealManage Elevated Onsite in Orlando, FL is seeking an Onsite Building Maintenance Engineer responsible for general maintenance of buildings and grounds at HOA communities, reporting to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include preventative and routine maintenance, completing work orders, inspecting grounds and structures, advising supervisor on repairs and safety issues, and performing other related tasks.

• General maintenance and grounds work throughout the Community Associations.
• Periodic inspections of grounds, common area buildings, and structures.
• Advising the supervisor of needed repairs, improvements, and safety issues
• Other work-related tasks as needed.

Pay Range: $23.00 per hour (depending on education and experience)
