Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician in Orlando, FL to perform general maintenance at HOA residential communities. The role emphasizes preventative and routine maintenance, work-order completion, and safety-conscious practices in a high-rise setting.

Qualifications include 2+ years of high-rise maintenance, carpentry/plumbing/painting skills, and English proficiency. On-call availability and a proactive problem-solving mindset are required for this full-time

Qualifications

2+ years of high-rise maintenance experience preferred.
Experience with Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Plumbing, and Painting required.
Experience with Cleaning, Locks, and Gutters is highly desired.
Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Bilingual a plus.
Must be a proficient problem-solver.
Experience with simple electric maintenance is a plus, but not necessary.
Pool maintenance experience is a plus, but not necessary.
On-call availability for emergencies required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and routine maintenance.
Ensure completion of work orders using the work order system.
General maintenance, janitorial, and grounds work throughout the Community Associations.
Periodic inspections of grounds, common area buildings, and structures.
Advising the supervisor of needed repairs, improvements, and safety issues.
