Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration, communications, marketing, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-line contact for reservations and bookings for the Heritage Center and Factory One (onsite).
• Review, approve and provide guidance on requests; exercise independent judgment.
• Manage contract creation and storage, including occasional payments; maintain utilization metrics.
• Provide light Audio/Video support for events; prepare reports for management.
