Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to support a DoD program for the Navy in Kansas City, MO. This role focuses on end-user desktop support within a large enterprise network and offers growth opportunities within the Intelligence Community.

The position starts on a night shift with the possibility of shift changes based on candidate preference after a few months. Clearances and Security+ certification are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Active IAT II Certification: CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, or equivalent.
• Experience with troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and IT device support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and other network devices.
• Resolve connectivity, OS, Microsoft/Office, and video conferencing issues.
• Collaborate with employees and officials to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Support the Enterprise Service Desk operations and meet service goals through ticketing and scripts.
