Job summary

KBR’s Mission Engineering Division seeks a Help Desk Support professional to deliver application support, data analysis, and Tier II help desk services for Navy MEASURE/METCAL programs in Coronado/San Diego, CA. The role emphasizes reporting, database performance, and end-user guidance.

The candidate will work onsite, collaborating with infrastructure and development teams to enhance systems, data exchange, and reporting quality in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with coding/data experience.
• Experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL helpful.
• Exposure to data reporting tools and scripting languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and process support for Oracle-based and web-based systems.
• Analyze and review data to support reporting requirements and program decisions.
• Develop SQL queries to generate reports and validate data.
• Identify data discrepancies and troubleshoot issues across environments.
• Support data replication and system interfaces for consistency.
• Follow established support processes and improve reporting workflows.
