KBR is hiring a Help Desk Support professional/analyst to support the U.S. Navy’s MEASURE/METCAL program at Naval Air Station North Island in Coronado, CA. The role combines application support, data analysis, and Tier II help desk responsibilities, with emphasis on reporting, database performance, and system reliability.

The position is onsite in Coronado, CA, requiring U.S. citizenship and a potential Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience, or AA/AS with 5+ years, or high school diploma with 9+ years.
• Experience with Navy/DoD programs; Oracle/PLSQL and data reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and process support for Oracle-based and web-based systems, ensuring data accuracy, system availability, and reliable performance.
• Analyze and review technical and operational data to support reporting requirements and program-level decision making.
• Develop and execute SQL queries and scripts to generate reports and validate data.
