Dwyer Instruments, LLC. is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to ensure end-user computer hardware, software, and applications are functional and well-maintained.

This role is fully onsite at our Westerville, OH office, focusing on proactive support and response to employee requests. Responsibilities include owning the support process, monitoring for issues, documenting resolutions, and managing endpoint deployment.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of work experience in an IT support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and positive end-user support.
• Own the technical support process for all employees.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and execute projects with approval.
• Proactively monitor hardware and software for issues that need resolutions.
• Root cause resolution for all end-user issues.
• Manage and document help desk procedures and resolutions.
• Implement and maintain Endpoint Management processes for all IT resources.
• Manage documentation, audits, and reports.
• Coordinate end-user training to minimize issues and boost productivity.
• Manage new user training, setup and support.
• Own all interactions with timely follow-through and feedback.
• Contribute to planning and deployment of new products or upgrades as needed.
