Job summary

UChicago Medicine is seeking a Resource Manager for the Hyde Park campus. This onsite role focuses on day-to-day Support Services operations across EVS, PT, and Food Services, with HR and policy support.

Based in the greater Chicagoland area, the position reports to Supply Chain and drives efficient, compliant processes. The role requires 5+ years in healthcare support, Kronos experience, strong communication, professionalism and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/associate degree preferred (business focus desirable).
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible support experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, HR systems, and reporting; Kronos preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit and approve timecards in Kronos for all support services divisions.
• Track, record and maintain attendance records daily.
• Collect occurrences per UCMC Bi-Weekly attendance policy.
• Review and enter Time Entry Correction forms in Kronos for all divisions each pay period.
• Track, maintain and approve bereavement requests per union guidelines.
