This 100% on-site role in Wilson, NC emphasizes regulatory compliance, cost control, and efficient operations, with collaboration across departments to support quality patient care.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in materials handling, purchasing, inventory management, or a related field; healthcare supply chain experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and inventory systems; ability to learn hospital procurement platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail to manage records and orders.
• Ability to follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate materials management and purchasing to ensure departments have required supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory, manage stock levels, track expirations, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with vendors to compare products, obtain samples, and ensure contract compliance.
• Support regulatory compliance, safety standards, and recalls as part of daily duties.
• Partner with hospital departments and leadership to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Assist with special projects to optimize resource use and reduce costs.
