Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage varied project types, and apply waterfall and Lean methods with familiarity of Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a healthcare/administrative field.
• 3+ years of healthcare project management experience.
• Experience with IT hardware upgrades, software implementations, clinical informatics, and facilities construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate healthcare projects from planning through implementation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with leadership and external vendors to align project goals with hospital strategy.
