The Montana Hospital Association is seeking a Program Director to coordinate the work of the Montana RHTP Implementation Team (MRIT) as part of Montana’s Rural Health Transformation Program. The Program Director will manage the day-to-day operations of MRIT, coordinating implementation activities across MHA staff, partners, and subcontractors. This position will help keep a complex, multi-year body of work organized and moving forward by managing timelines and deliverables, facilitating communication, monitoring progress, and supporting compliance with program and funding requirements. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple partners and priorities. Experience with healthcare programs, rural healthcare, grants or contracts, and large-scale project implementation will be especially valuable.
