The role oversees project development from conception through completion, ensuring objectives, schedules, budgets, and quality are met with a strong on-site presence. The successful candidate will report to senior program leadership and coordinate with project teams, designers, contractors, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of design and construction project management experience supporting healthcare, education, or institutional facilities.
• Strong knowledge of pre-design, pre-construction, construction management, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
• Experience with GMP and Lump Sum delivery methods.
• Excellent client relationship, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must be willing to be onsite daily at client site in Fremont, CA

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare building projects through all phases of delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Serve as the primary client contact and Owner's Representative.
• Oversee consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Resolve complex project and construction issues.
• Manage procurement activities, contracts, and change orders.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to project staff
