  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of design and construction project management experience supporting healthcare, education, or institutional facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-design, pre-construction, construction management, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Experience with GMP and Lump Sum delivery methods.
  • Excellent client relationship, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Must be willing to be onsite daily at client site in Fremont, CA

We're seeking an experienced and collaborative Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare Buildings to join our PMCM team supporting healthcare and institutional building projects in the Fremont, CA region. This is a full-time, onsite position embedded with the client, with responsibility for managing project development from conception through completion while ensuring alignment with client objectives, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations. While occasional flexibility may be available, candidates should expect to maintain a strong onsite presence.

Reporting to senior program leadership and working alongside project teams, you'll be responsible for overall project delivery, client management, and construction oversight. As an Owner's Representative, you'll help drive successful project outcomes while fostering collaboration among clients, designers, contractors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Lead healthcare building projects through all phases of delivery.

Here’s what you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of design and construction project management experience supporting healthcare, education, or institutional facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-design, pre-construction, construction management, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Experience with GMP and Lump Sum delivery methods.
  • Excellent client relationship, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Must be willing to be onsite daily at client site in Fremont, CA
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
  • Design-Build and/or Design-Assist project delivery experience highly preferred.
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
  • Experience serving as an Owner's Representative on large capital projects.

The base salary range for this position is $164,800.00 to $226,600.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
