Cura Hospitality seeks a Full-Time Registered Dietitian to join the healthcare team at Mississippi State Hospital - Whitfield, MS. You will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and enhance quality of life in line with patient goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (Prior to 2024) or related field.
• Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Passed a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or meets the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics requirements for eligibility.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years, per CDR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility regulations.
• Coordinate with departments to develop procedures for dining service and nutrition.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
