Cura Hospitality is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dietitian for our healthcare team at Mississippi State Hospital - Whitfield, MS. In this role, you will assess patients’ nutritional needs, plan interventions, and support care teams to improve quality of life aligned with resident goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Nutrition, a Master's preferred, is licensed or eligible, and committed to continuing education. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition required.
• Master’s degree in nutrition preferred.
• Licensed or licensed eligibility required per state requirements.
• CDR exam or applicable eligibility per Academy standards.
• 60+ hours CE every 5 years (75 hours stated) to maintain licensure.
• Understanding of regulations for comprehensive assessments and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to healthcare team and educate patients/staff.
• Adhere to Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop dining service policies.
• Support continuous quality improvement programs in nutrition care.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in nutrition

75 hours CE every 5 years
