Concordance Healthcare Solutions LLC is hiring a full-time On-Site Customer Service Specialist in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will provide face-to-face customer service at the VA Medical Facility, verify orders, and coordinate changes to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

The role requires strong communication, computer skills (Excel/Word), and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel to Dayton VA facility 1–2 times per month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service and/or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-service mindset.
• Able to learn internal VAI computer system and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify orders from customers for accuracy.
• Answer questions on pricing, order status, damaged products, and related topics.
• Initiate changes to orders and maintain customer files; communicate updates.
• Track backorders and notify relevant teams of status changes.
• Resolve product or service issues and provide appropriate substitutions.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal Concordance teams to resolve orders.
