GoldenWolf, LLC seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at the Doris Miller VA Medical Center. The role coordinates with VISN, health care staff, architect‑engineers, and contractors to deliver complex facility improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in engineering/architecture/construction management or 10+ years PM experience, demonstrates strong leadership, and is proficient with MSP, Primavera P6, Procore, and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field and 3 years’ PM experience OR 10 years’ PM experience in construction projects.
• Familiarity with The Joint Commission (TJC), OSHA, and VA design standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in construction management software and project tracking tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage all professional and technical services related to VA design and construction delivery, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Provide sound management advice and proactively resolve project issues to minimize claims and delays.
• Control project schedule and budget, reviewing progress and prioritizing critical path items.
• Facilitate, manage, and document all project meetings, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Oversee construction and administration documents, correspondence, and as-builts.
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive project management plan including communication, schedule management, QA, and risk management.
