Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 2 years trade training.
• Five years of maintenance and construction experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate E&O construction projects for Duke Health.
• Be the first point of contact for installers and subcontractors; liaise with Medical Center Engineering and Operations.
• Obtain and communicate updates on project status; oversee procurement of subcontract labor and materials.
• Discuss project details with architects, engineers, and hospital supervisors; coordinate across stakeholders.
• Apply for and maintain ICRA guidelines; perform quality control audits and update Life Safety drawings.
