Duke Careers is seeking a qualified site supervisor to lead healthcare construction projects from planning through completion onsite at Duke Health facilities in Durham. You will coordinate installers and subcontractors, maintain documentation, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
The role requires five years of maintenance/construction experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus strong communication and reporting skills.

Education - Work requires an educational background normally equivalent to a high school education plus 2 years specialized training or apprenticeship in a building trade such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry.
Experience - Work requires five (5) years of experience in maintenance and construction to acquire knowledge of construction techniques, methods and equipment.
