Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of five years' experience in design, planning, evaluation and architectural programming related to institutional and/or health care buildings and systems.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Develop facility programs and space planning strategies.
• Analyze long-range space utilization and operational needs.
• Prepare planning studies, reports, and recommendations.
• Prepare Project Scope Statements.
• Manage renovation, maintenance, replacement, and upgrade projects.
• Coordinate planning, design, budgeting, procurement, construction, and closeout activities.
• Supervise the selection, hiring and management of professional consultants and vendors engaged on projects.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and cost estimates.
• Coordinate/develop the required Medical Equipment, Furniture, & Technology plans per project.
