Job summary

DaMar Staffing is seeking a Mental Health / Medical Billing Supervisor to oversee third-party billing, reimbursement processes, and QA. You will lead the authorization and billing team, partner with the Revenue Cycle Manager, and ensure accurate coding and timely payments.

This onsite role includes managing training, documentation, and staff supervision, with limited hybrid flexibility. Strong credentials in EHR billing (Credible) and data analytics are preferred, along with leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare billing.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• High level of organization, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Extensive EHR billing experience; Credible experience preferred.
• Proficient Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support billing and reimbursement operations, ensuring accurate, timely processing.
• Develop and maintain billing processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Manager on workflows.
• Supervise billing staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Train new clinicians and staff on billing procedures.
• Ensure QA processes and documentation alignment.
