Job summary

Medcor in Silverton, Texas is hiring full-time Onsite Health Technicians (EMTs or Paramedics) to work at a construction site clinic. The role includes patient care, coordination with medical and operational leadership, and RTW program facilitation.

The position requires valid EMT licensure, CPR/BLS, ability to lift 50 lb, excellent communication, and willingness to work nights (6pm-6am) with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid EMT or Paramedic licensure is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience with EMS or urgent care environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care at Medcor’s on-site clinic.
• Coordinate with medical and operational leadership and external providers.
• Support Return to Work (RTW) program facilitation and case management.
• Document care using EMR and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with client staff and maintain safety and quality standards.
