Medcor seeks a full-time Onsite Health Technician (EMT/Paramedic) for our construction site clinic in Hawesville, KY. The role involves day shifts Mon–Fri, 7 am–7 pm, with hours and days potentially varying by client needs. You’ll assess injuries, provide care, document in EMR, and support wellness initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold EMT/Paramedic licensure with CPR/BLS, strong communication, and comfort working in a construction setting. Benefits accompany a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Current EMT or Paramedic licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and work at heights.
• Comfort working in a construction environment.
• Positive, outgoing personality with patient‑focused care.
• Willingness to go above and beyond in daily duties.

Responsabilités

• Participate in daily operations at Medcor's on-site clinic.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries per Medcor Care Protocols.
• Build and maintain internal team relationships.
• Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts.
• Conduct pre-employment and post-offer screenings.
• Document care using EMR and other tools.
• Perform PATs, case management, and medical charting.
• Maintain OSHA records as required.
