Job summary

Medcor is seeking an Onsite Health Technician (EMT or Paramedic) on a PRN basis in Inland Empire, CA. Clinics operate across morning, day, evening, and weekend hours, with compensation of $27.00–$30.00 per hour depending on licensure and experience.

The role involves patient care, workers’ compensation case management, and Return to Work program facilitation within employer-based occupational health clinics. You may work with local medical providers and client staff in a dynamic clinic setting.

Qualifications

• EMT or Paramedic licensure required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Strong computer and technology skills; familiarity with EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in Medcor's on-site clinics.
• Collaborate with medical and operational leadership and client staff.
• Manage ongoing workers’ compensation cases and Return to Work programs.
• Document care using EMR and other tools.
• Build internal team relationships and support wellness efforts.
