Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to provide first aid, health guidance, and OSHA-compliant safety support at our Olathe, KS site, coordinating care with external providers as needed.

You will maintain medical records, assist with workers’ compensation programs, and participate in training for CPR/AED and first aid. Requires BLS, EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification, high school diploma, and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification from an approved ECC provider.
• EMT or Paramedic certification or Athletic Trainer certification.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and workers’ compensation programs.
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and referrals to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain care records and support workers’ compensation processes.
• Coordinate return‑to‑work programs and daily activity logs.
• Deliver CPR/AED and first aid training and certifications as required.
• Support on-site safety operations and engage with leadership.
