Evernorth Workplace Care, a part of Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company, is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Health Educator to support events across Marco Island and Naples, FL. This role delivers face-to-face health coaching, assessments, and education, helping clients develop personalized wellness plans and achieve measurable health goals.

You will collaborate with clients, run group coaching sessions, biometric screenings when needed, and represent a proactive approach to improve health

Qualificações

• 3+ years of health coaching, health education and health promotion experience.
• Requires bilingual Spanish language skills and ability to pass assessments.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite face-to-face health coaching and education.
• Identify education needs through targeted health assessments.
• Collaborate to establish health plans and goals with clients.
