Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills with 3+ years in health coaching, education and promotion.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; Master’s preferred.
• Registered Dietitian license preferred in the respective state.
• CPR/BLS certification required (American Red Cross or American Heart Association).
• Bilingual Spanish and ability to pass oral/written assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support.
• Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessments.
• Collaborate to establish health improvement plans and goals with clients.
• Empower customers to engage actively in their health outcomes.
• Lead health and wellness activities, group coaching, and seminars.
• May perform biometric screenings and use results to drive outcomes.
• Support health-related site events such as open enrollment and health fairs.
