Job summary

WM is seeking an Onsite Waste Logistics Manager to plan and direct all onsite activities related to the storage, transportation and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes at client locations, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

You will manage onsite personnel, coordinate with clients and vendors, and uphold safety standards while controlling costs and maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to live and work in the U.S.
• Experience coordinating hazardous and non-hazardous waste logistics.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation logistics for hazardous and non-hazardous waste, including profiling, scheduling, and loading.
• Consult with clients to identify cost-saving opportunities and proposals.
• Maintain clear communication channels with teams and subcontractors using email, chat, and video.
• Prioritize urgent requests and coordinate with subcontractors to minimize delays.
• Leverage CRM and scheduling software to streamline service requests.
• Provide proactive, responsive customer service and ownership of issues.
• Ensure compliance with client and government regulations through inspections and reporting.
• Administer client and vendor financial obligations including invoicing and contracts.
• Promote safety culture by training site personnel on duties and regulations.
