Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator for an on-site role in Columbus, OH. The position runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with a pay rate of $15.76 per hour.

The team handles hardware management and provisioning, from acquisition to retirement, in a fully in-office environment. Responsibilities include processing orders, packing and shipping PCs, using the WMS, and maintaining clear communication with internal customers and management.

Qualifications

• Experience with PC hardware and peripherals in a warehouse/inventory setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fills orders for supplies and forms, including receipt/shipment, delivery, reordering, and inventory maintenance.
• Efficiently package and ship PCs and accessories to end users.
• Process items using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Communicate with internal customers and management when issues arise.
