Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline with 4+ years of project coordination or management experience.
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment with competing priorities.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and willingness to start in a support capacity.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to interpret engineering documentation.
• PMP certification preferred; travel up to 50–60% domestically (PA/CA) initially; some international travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and execution of highly technical development programs, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are achieved.
• Act as a key communication bridge between project teams and program leadership, providing updates on risks, progress, and resource needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions in multiple global locations.
• Oversee project financials including budget tracking, capital expenditure requests, and management of scope adjustments.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule, quality, and overall project success.
