Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle hardware development programs from concept to production.
• Serve as primary liaison for customers on timelines, specs, and program status.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing and supply chain to maintain alignment and execution velocity.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets and risks while meeting financial and operational targets.
• Lead decision-making under ambiguity to maintain program momentum.
