• Experience with lab safety, LOTO, equipment maintenance/calibration, and coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary lab operations contact across multiple teams.
• Ensure lab processes are documented for repeatable execution.
• Monitor power, cooling, cable routing, rack density, and environment.
• Develop capacity plans aligned to roadmaps and workloads.
• Maintain lab organization for hardware and tools.
• Coordinate with facilities, safety, security, quality, and compliance.
• Own lab asset tracking including servers, racks, PDUs, and inventory.
• Communicate lab status and resource needs to leadership.
