Qualifications

Associate degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field; 2+ years in a lab environment preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required with hands-on technical training.
Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals and safety practices.

Responsibilities

Support engineering development, validation and troubleshooting in the lab.
Build and maintain electrical test setups and rack/system integrations.
Operate test equipment, collect data and document results clearly.
Follow electrical safety, calibration, and lab procedures (LOTO, PPE).
