This onsite role aligns lab capacity with schedules, customer deliverables, and business priorities.

You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, IT, and facilities while ensuring audit readiness and asset control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in an engineering lab, data center, server hardware, or related environment.
• Experience with lab safety, maintenance/calibration, testing, and cross-discipline coordination.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary lab operations contact for cross-functional teams.
• Ensure lab processes are clearly documented for repeatable execution.
• Monitor power, cooling, cable routing, and rack density to prevent risks.
• Develop capacity plans aligned to program roadmaps and validation workloads.
• Maintain lab organization standards for hardware, tools, and assets.
• Coordinate with facilities, safety, quality, and compliance for audits.
• Own lab asset tracking for servers, racks, blades, switches, PDUs, tools, and inventory.
• Communicate lab status and resource needs to leadership.
