Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
5+ years of applied experience measuring multiport S-parameters (insertion/return loss, crosstalk).
Ability to set up TDR to locate impedance discontinuities and routing mismatches.

Responsibilities

Silicon, Package & Board characterization from silicon to PCB interfaces.
PCIe Gen6 validation with PAM4 signaling and clocking architectures.
High-speed measurement execution with VNA, oscilloscopes, BERTs, and TDRs.
Lab data correlation with simulations using HFSS/ADS/Sigrity; root-cause analysis.
Develop Python/MATLAB scripts to automate instrument control and data processing.
