Job summary

Qualifications

• ..3+ years of experience with laboratory informatics systems, specifically Sample Manager.
• Experience implementing and supporting sample lifecycle management in LIMS.
• Understanding of laboratory workflows (QC, analytical, stability, manufacturing, or R&D).
• .Experience in regulated environments (GxP, FDA, ISO; ALCOA+ principles).
• Strong communication with laboratory and QA stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support requirements gathering with lab stakeholders for end-to-end sample lifecycle management.
• Analyze receipt, testing, review, approval, and disposition processes.
• Translate requirements into LIMS designs and configuration specs.
• Configure Sample Manager to support sample login, accessioning, chain of custody, test execution, results entry.
• Develop IQ/OQ/PQ, test scripts, and traceability matrices.
• Support UAT and defect resolution; assist production go-live.
• Deliver post-implementation support for sample processing and data integrity.
