Artemis Lifestyles in Summerfield, FL is seeking an Onsite Staff Housekeeper/Groundskeeper to maintain common areas, perform cleaning, and assist with grounds maintenance to keep the community welcoming.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to operate lawn equipment. This full-time, onsite position may require early mornings or weekends based on needs.

Qualificações

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in HOA/condo/apartment/resort environment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of lawn care, landscaping, and grounds maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain common areas, walkways, entrances, and other common community areas.
• Perform routine cleaning services throughout the community.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community amenities, including pool areas, recreational areas, entrances, and other common spaces.
• Assist with the removal of trash and debris from designated areas.
• Monitor community grounds for unsafe conditions.
• Assist with preparing common areas for community events, inspections, meetings, and other activities.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and properly store tools and equipment.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures, community rules, and property-specific policies.
• Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with residents, Board Members, vendors, guests, and coworkers.
• Report maintenance, safety, security, or property concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
