Qualifications

• 3+ years of contract administration experience.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, fixed-price and cost-reimbursable contracts.
• Experience with government contracts, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or federal programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, purchase orders, and terms and conditions.
• Summarize contract risks, key requirements, and potential issues for senior contracts leadership.
• Support contract modifications, amendments, change orders, approvals, and closeout documentation.
• Maintain organized contract files for compliance, audits, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Update customer portals and ERP systems to support order processing and contract tracking.
• Assist with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and federal compliance documentation.
• Support supplier flow-down requirements and subcontract documentation.
• Help with RFPs, RFQs, proposal documents, compliance matrices, and pricing coordination.
• Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to track deliverables, milestones, funding, and payment terms.
