Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 12+ years progressive experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
- Proven leadership managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100, FAI, and configuration management.
- Track record leading NPI and manufacturing process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, and Configuration Management teams.
- Translate program requirements into manufacturing plans that meet cost, quality, schedule, and compliance goals.
- Serve as the primary engineering interface to Program Management.
- Lead engineering execution for New Product Introduction (NPI), including gate reviews and production readiness.
- Drive tooling, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Own configuration management, change control, and audit support.
- Mentor and develop engineering leaders and technical staff.
