Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a seasoned Program Manager in Starkville, MS to lead large DoD programs from planning through execution. The role requires coordinating across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and quality to deliver on complex government contracts. Onsite work with a strong growth trajectory.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of DoD PM experience, Navy program exposure is a plus, and a PMP/PgMP or equivalent is preferred. U.S. person status is required for defense compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DoD or defense manufacturing PM experience.
• Experience managing large-scale programs or contracts at the $100M+ level.
• Navy program experience is a strong plus.
• Experience working with government customers and defense partners.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex DoD programs and contracts from planning through execution.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resources.
• Track performance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare reviews, reports, and leadership updates.
